True. And some of my post was tongue-in-cheek anyway. Realistically, no one is going to invade you guys. For one thing, rounding up tons of protesters and putting down a million general strikes would be too much of a hassle for even the most brutal overlords. Too distracting. Too much of a headache.

As SEVERUSMAX has pointed out, first the Russians would have to fight their way through Finland. The Russiands could almost certainly overwhelm the Finns, however, the Russians would not be using any volunteers if they tried to invade Finland. I have had some dealing with Spetznaz in the past and they have no real desire to go to either Afghanistan or Finland.
