Story idea is simple: middle aged man meets much younger girl, who is far superior to him at everything. With some exaggeration and without extreme domination.

Some details. Matt is single 36 y.o. senior specialist at huge company (law, finance, IT or something another). He is good at his job, smart and kind hearted, but a bit too soft. So he never dreamed about being middle or top manager. But he really likes his job. He is average in looks and physical strength. Wasn't doing sport since highschool. So he has no muscle tone, but has few dozen extra pounds of fat. In college he was good at studying, but not like genius.
One day boss of his department resigned and they was waiting, who will be new one. It was new girl. Sophie, 18 y.o. genius girl and wunderkind. She graduated high school at 12, graduated one of world's top colleges at 15, got her first PhD at 16. She was working for few years at her specialty and showed incredible results and potential. So she was hunted by many corporation. But she choose one, where Matt is working. Her contract is one of the best and she has high chance to be CEO of this corporation in the future. Her salary is $1200000 per year, while Matt has only $80000, 15 times less.
Sophie seemed very strict and a bit cold, but she showed herself as great specialist and incredible manager. She isn't going friendly with her subordinates but she respect them. She is very beautiful and sexy. While Sophie wears only strict business suits, which hide her body mostly, you can say that her face is godly beautiful and her breasts are really huge. So I think it's really interesting how would developing relationships between average male and much superior girl.

Her challenge is to find a partner at least somewhat in her league. She will find this 'average' guy boring. He will be unable to match her energy and mind. She may keep him awhile as a pet but not as a partner. If the scenario was flipped, a 'superior' male with 'inferior' women would be seen as a despicable user. Do you want a story where she IS a despicable user of disposable men? Could this be written as a romantic fantasy, a gender-swapped Cinderella tale? Sure, but it would be clearly an improbable fantasy, like foot-long cocks and instant orgasms.

And this is a good question. Off course I don't want to see "despicable user of disposable men" relationships. But there is really a question, what can he give her, what she doesn't have? Let think, that such girl exists. Is it even possible for her to find her equal? Maybe there is one-two in the world, but maybe they are assholes or some crazy bastards. So thing about equality is not problem of men, who like her, but her own problem. Does it metter, if man is a lot inferioror very much inferior? Don't think so.
And here I think, think about emotions. To be without a sleep, constant work for whole life can make someone crazy. If only someone's brain wouldn't shutdown emotions. So, let's call her emotionally handicapped. She feels some weak base emotions, f.e. To be glad to good result of hard work, to be a bit angry on irresponsible employer and etc. But nothing more. Happiness, love, true anger, sadness are unreachable for her. She can understand this emotions, but she can't feel them.
And there's one more problem: what does another peoples feel about her? Envy, intimidation? The more successful, more stronger is man, the harder is for him to accept superior woman near him. Than who can be near her? A man with some lack of ambitions, total submissive pervert, somebody who just loves his woman be strong and smart, but don't like humilation and bdsm? I would prefer last variant and, I think, she would prefer too. As I wrote, he is not stupid. Intellectually he is not average. It would be better to use word "normal". What if he is good at some art? He is good at understanding feelings and emotions, he can wake them up in anothers. Maybe he can teach her, how to be emotional.

So, how about such base for relationships?

There is no base for a relationship, unless he can demonstrate some extraordinary skill in a field other than the physical or mental realms (e.g., music or one of the other arts) which touches her unexpectedly.

Otherwise, he's just part of the background clutter on her radar, just like every other man she knows.

I like this idea of keeping the average male as her pet, to this man she could be the girl he always dreamed of and even being her pet would be satisfying in his eyes. He would have to have such an obsession with her that he doesnt care what she does with him.

Well, I think she would became crazy sociopath, if her emotions wouldn't be minimized in childhood. She has understanding of morals. She knows what is bad and what is good. And she have no interests in doing things bad way.

There is no base for a relationship, unless he can demonstrate some extraordinary skill in a field other than the physical or mental realms (e.g., music or one of the other arts) which touches her unexpectedly.

I told about his talents in art. And base is - their experiment of unlocking her emotions without turning her into crazy psychopath.
