Avatar photo specifications

Hi all. I uploaded a photo for my profile avatar, but it seems to be a bit distorted in the horizontal dimension. What are the specifications for uploaded photo files, in terms of height/width dimensions and file size. Thanks!

Square, roughly 200 x 200, though 300 x 300 works too and sometimes 400 x 400.

Rectangular either way tends to get squished, rotated or both.


Also keep in mind the circle mask and allow some extra space around the main image for it to be hidden.
