You don't need to limit your search to avatar sized pictures, you just need to download IrfanView (or any of several other good image editing/management programs) and resize whatever picture you find down to avatar size.

Irfanview is especially well suited to creating avatars because it can read, resize and convert almost any image format.

FWIW, Literotica allows about 60% larger avatars than most other forums so if you go searching for just pre-sized avatars you're going to wind up with an avatar that is smaller than everyone else.
