Authors incest

Iwill not give names, however my Incest story had true basis.

The two daughters did seduce the cousin. I personaly was involved as I was also screwing the youngest girl, she was in the class behind me in High School.

Her older sister was in the class ahead of me, the boy in my class. I have no idea if the mother was involved or not but it made the story hoter.

Earlyer, in Jr. High, I lost my verginity to a girl that I know was screwing her brother as she admited it.

Please excuse the spelling, this E-mail server has no spell-check.

Love the idea in fantasy and write about it ... have I screwed my brother ... nope. :(
Sorry to let you down-ish. :rose:

ROFLOL + LOL - Ah... sigh.

i appreciate your posting 'the old man' (no older than lots of others, i'm sure.)

it lends credence to the idea that incest, as the mainstream society thinks of it, is NOT a one in a million event usually involving a psychotic parent or a hypersexual daughter.

I was lucky. Neither of my parents nor any of my uncles/aunts ever even came on to me nor ever attempted anything.

I am the oldest sibling in my family and - as far as I know - no sibling stuff happened in our family.

On the other hand, I have always had fantasies about my non-existant older brother.

Hmmm...

Suppose you were masturbating - making just a little bit too much noise - and a parent barged in, catching you in the act about a minute short of completion. Suppose further that the parent immediately threw you over her lap for a hard spanking and the spanking sent you over the edge.

Does that count as incest?

I suppose it would if you consider the spanking itself a sexual act.

Of course, this is a purely hypothetical question.

interesting example, angela. and suppose we add the further stipulation that during the spanking the parent became aroused.

the accidental nature of the event does not quite fit sexual assault because the element of gratification is not there. and the motive is unclear.

so.... suppose said incident involved parental arousal (maybe followed by masturbation elsewhere) AND it was repeated; the parent waited till the sound and again suprised the kid.

---
the general point is that incestuous abuse is going to have lots of gray areas, including 'accidental' brushings or bodily contact; 'accidental discovery' of a nude teen, etc. also, no bodily contact is necessary, as in one witnesses the masturbation of the other, or simply the showering of the other.

Good point, Pure.

If the parent is clueless and simply punishing the child without any gratification for herself nor knowledge of the child's inadvertent gratification - well then it isn't incest abuse per se.

On the other hand, you could end up with a child who occasionally let's herself get caught but makes sure not to do it too often so the parent doesn't catch on.

In that case, it might be incestuous from the child's perspective but not the parent's.

On the third hand, a parent who spanks a child for masturbating is - IMHO - absuing the child.

BTW: the 20 - 25% statistic (25% of women are incest victims) comes from the Kinsey research 50 years ago. It *only* included intercourse and *only* included women who actually remembered it and *only* included those who reported it.

If you were to add in oral sex, fondling etc. the number would be much higher.

Do you really think it would be much higher? I had no sisters, but I did have fantasies about a cousin while I was growing up but, there was never any attempt to make the fantasy a reality.

Is molestation incest? (When a family member is involved) What I mean is if Uncle Ernie cops a feel of his niece's boob at a wedding, and that is all that happens, is that considered incest?

Just wondering...

ernie

cops a feel of his niece's boob.

good question, dark!

in my attempt to get a figure i discounted half of all the 'sexual abuse' cases as non-major. so for my purposes, 'no.'

however, suppose Ernie climbs into bed with her, shoves a finger into her pussy, and jerks off till he comes on her tummy. i'd say that's incestuous molestation, and incestous sexual assault (it's not quite incest in the letter of the law, though).

what do you think?
----

some material i've found is below. incest, in the letter of the law is sexual intercourse between family members who are closely related in a 'prohibited degree' --i.e., because of this 'degree' of closeness, they could never marry). first cousin marriage, afaik, is legal in most US states (i believe catholics don't approve).

The only requirement for membership is that you are a victim of child sexual abuse, and you are not abusing any child. We define incest very broadly as a sexual experience by a family member or by an extended family member that damaged the child.

Incest

Incest laws prohibit sexual activity between family members. Rules against sex between family members have existed since before the existence of written law. In those times, custom and tradition regulated this type of conduct. Today, the law is used to reinforce the societal prohibition against interfamily sex.

Incest is unforced sexual intercourse between people who are not legally allowed to marry because of close family relationships. People who cannot marry because of their relation to one another include parents and children, brothers and sisters, and grandparents and grandchildren. In addition, aunts and nephews, uncles and nieces, and half brothers and half sisters are prohibited from sexual contact. An incest conviction can result in serious penalties, including several years in prison. However, incidences of incest are often not reported, so incest is probably more common than the amount of convictions would indicate.

P: here is a neat little problem I've heard of. under many existing laws, if you rape your daughter, rape penalties do not apply (and they are stiff); rather it's incest, and you get a lesser sentence if charged and convicted (which may not happen, if it's a 'familial' problem).

several jurisdictions are working to change this. see

Arkansas Overhauls Incest Law
Legislature Creates Tough New Penalties for Crimes Against Children by Family Members

APRIL 23, 2003—The Arkansas legislature made history as its 2003 session came to a close last week, becoming one of the first states in the union to overhaul its incest laws and toughen prison sentences for child sexual abuse by family members.

The legislation, introduced by Senate Majority Leader Percy Malone (D-Arkadelphia), eliminates preferential treatment for criminals who rape children in their own family. (Senate Bill 863/Act 1469)

"Arkansas sent a message to the rest of the nation today," Malone said after the bill's passage. "Laws that excuse child sexual abuse have no place in a civilized society."

The new legislation makes Arkansas a leader among states when it comes to punishing sexual abuse against a child, says Grier Weeks, executive director of PROTECT, a national membership organization that drafted and worked with Malone on the bill. "Most states still have these 'incest exceptions' that allow perpetrators a free pass if they keep their crimes in the family," Weeks says. "With this legislation, Arkansas is now a national model for reforming these outrageous laws."

The Malone bill took aim at longstanding attitudes and policies that treat incest as a lesser crime than the sexual assault of a child outside the family. Under Arkansas' old law, an adult who raped a child in his own family could be prosecuted for Incest, a Class A felony, and be eligible for probation or a fine. The new law defines the same act as Rape, a Class Y felony, which is punishable by 10-40 years in prison. It also closes a loophole in Arkansas' Sexual Assault law, which provided lesser punishments for a child's guardian. The law will now punish rape of a child without regard to familial relation.

Malone, who is a pharmacist and a cattle rancher outside his legislative duties, expressed pride at the new law. "My hope is that some child in Arkansas will have a different life because we cared enough to step in and protect her. We won't stop these crimes against children from happening, but we will change the outcome for many of these kids. And that change will be felt for generations."

PROTECT says it will continue to fight the incest exception in states across the U.S. Last year, PROTECT succeeded in getting North Carolina to change its incest laws. The group is now focusing on Illinois, where similar legislation has passed the House, and is also looking at laws in California and New York.

A case with which I am familiar

A girl was 'abused' by a parent. That's the absolute term of 'abuse'.

The child was unaware that she was 'abused' and saw sexual activity (not penetration) as a 'normal' course of events.

Another relative was approached sexually by the child and allowed it to happen. She jacked him off, he did not reciprocate in any way.

When the child approached a third member (third known) sexually, attempting to unzip his fly, after seemingly fondling his crotch that is when the matter came to light and prosecutions ensued.

This raises several questions.

The child was unaware that sexually activity was bad until the prosecutions and all that they entailed, thereby forcing 'guilt' on the child.

Was the unknowing recipient guilty of abuse? (in absolute legal terms obviously yes as he didn't stop it and by implication condoned it) but otherwise?

Is this kind of abuse as venal as unwanted abuse?

I'm defending no one and nothing I am asking who suffers more in the case above?

Edited to add: Is concentual age the age at which society has programmed bad v. good and the choices therein?

Let's assume ftsoa that she was 12 and he was 20.

He's not 'unknowing,' he's simply unplanned or unpremeditated in what he did.

Yes, it's abuse; perhaps assault. Would you let a 10 year old proceed?

Leaving aside the law: in moral terms, yes, still abuse, since she's a kid and can't really 'intend' or 'consent to' what happened. it's not different from a baby sucking your dick 'by accident.'

Is this kind of abuse as venal as unwanted abuse?

the latter might be more traumatic; if the unwanted abuse was planned, it's worse.

let's just suppose it (j o) was repeated. then it's even more clear the girl is being taken advantage of, legally and morally.

This sort of sexual behavior is common in abused kids. The adults who 'fall in with it' are still wrong; those that 'fall in with it' on an ongoing basis are even more wrong; but both, imo, are less evil than pedophiles on the net planning an encounter.

The only place incest where incest involving anyone under the age of 18 can be tolerated is in the fantasies of adults. Its a special form of pediphilia with the extra pain of the violation of trust.

Degrees of evil only need to be taken into account when deciding the punishment. There really is no defense possible, other than "I didn't do it". If that doesn't hold up, there are no mitigating circumstances. Its a violation of our responsibility to protect and care for our children until they are able to take care of themselves. Arguing that the child in any particular case did not suffer harm, cannot be used to lessen the severity of the crime.

about 9 years ago my grandpa caught me masturbating, and saw I was watching porn on tv. offered to get me more if he could watch me jack off once a day. I agreed lol I didn't have any problem with it. I was just getting into high school and all, not too cautious I guess. He offered to blow me, but I declined. unfortunately he passed away about 3 years later, but I was able to keep all the porn. gay/straight/bi it was all pretty good.

btw, no really harmful results afterwards. in fact right now I am an advocate against domestic violence.

As the saying goes: Only in America.

Interesting story, and probably not one most Litsters on here would expect from me.

My family and I and my best friend at the time all went to Arizona for my brother's wedding about seven years ago We stayed at an awesome inn, ran around all day, played tennis, went for ice cream socials, had bourgie outdoor breakfasts in the morning.

I had never met Brannan until the wedding trip. He was sexy and shaggy, with tan skin and a gorgeous goatee. Me and my best friend followed him around like drooling puppies all day.

At dinner I found out Brannan was also my cousin.

I was oddly grossed out, more from the fact that I still wanted to fuck him, regardless of finding out this new piece of information, than of finding out he was my cousin. I couldn't figure it out.

So of course, with all thoughts of Brannan on my mind, I spent the night at my older, cooler, cousin Natalie's house. She taught me how to sneak out. We snuck out and did the hanging out thing with Brannan and my best friend Anais.

We never got in trouble for sneaking out, but I did get funny looks from Natalie for flirting all over the place with Brannan. My friend Anais had to cover for me. I'm not sure what she said or did, but whatever it was, Natalie completely brushed it off and thought nothing else of it. Whew.

Not to mention later that day I felt Brannan up in the pool.

That's my stint of incestuous heterosexuality.

Cousin sex is not necessarily incest, depending on how one defines it. It is legal for first cousins to marry in about 19 states including California and New York I think) and in many other countries.

I have heard from at least one Litster who had a sexual relationship with her considerably older brother many years ago. I don't recall off hand whether she posted that publicly or not. She didn't really seem to think it had harmed or and didn't seem to think it was bad. In her view, he loved her and made her feel loved at a time when she hadn't felt loved by anyone. To my off hand view of it, it seemed like he had been taking advantage of her, but I wasn't close enough to it to know all the facts or to judge.

I know of several other people second hand through others on Lit who are having sexual relations with siblings.

The funny thing is, with the way things are today and people so commonly living together without marriage, it's perfectly legal for a brother and sister (or even parent and adult child) to live together and have a sexual relationship, (and children even) they just can't get legally married. Strikes me as odd for some reason I can't quite put my finger on.

I would suspect that most people write stories about things they have not actually experienced. They are writing sexual fantasies, and the fantasy part implies that it is not real. If they wanted to write about their actual personal experiences, they would probably say so, but I suspect most authors here do not tell us about their own actual sexual experience. I don't post stories about real sex with my wife. I assume that if someone had sex with their sibling, they would probably fantasize about and write about something else that they had not experienced.
