U.N. meeting: Palestinian officials may not be able to attend next month’s United Nations General Assembly because the United States will not issue visas to them, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Friday. The United States generally issues visas to allow foreign leaders to come to U.N. headquarters in New York, even those from countries under severe U.S. sanctions. The move by Mr. Rubio could be aimed at weakening discussion of Palestinian statehood.
