Christmas Greetings

Merry Christmas my dear friends. Ladybird, Dragongette, Jenny, Pleasureu, Sitonme, Spanktress, Carrie and all the ones I have forgotten. I't 12. 20 am, Christmas morning, I've been talking to ttttom and it makes you realise how important it is to have the special people in your life around you at this time. We can't be together now but in 2 weeks we will be, so that will be my Christmas.

Dearest P, the Christmas wish is wonderful, thank you, 2002 will be the best year of my life, I turn 40 in May and that's when life begins.

Sitonme, friendships are something that last forever, you just have to look after them, nurture them a little, and they will grow, believe me, they will grow.

I hope santa brings everything your hearts desire, and I will see you all sooner or later in the tub.

Unfortunately I have to tell you that my mom passed away earlier.
Around 4.30pm UK time, 26 Dec.
i saw her earlier today, she was very weak.
A younger sister was with her when she went,said Mom turned her head,looked at her,and then...............

This is very tough, but I have to do it, i have to get it out
i sent mails to all of you oon my list as soon as I heard. Was talkin to Morgy in the tub about my new poems when I got the call. Has to leave strait away,is nearly 8pm here now, just been back to try and catch Morhy,to apologise for droppingit on her like that.
sadly she left lit as I entered.
Will go back later.

Mother looked as though she was slepping,and has not been in any pain or anyrhing these last few days.
just growing weaker.

I am so sorry. I know how much you loved your mum. I'm so pleased to hear that she had no pain, simply fell asleep. In many ways she was a lucky lady to end her days that way.

I am standing on a seashore,

I stand watching until she fades on the horizon,
and someone at my side said "she is gone".
Gone where?
The loss of sight is in me, not in her.
Just at the moment when someone says "she is gone",
There are others who are watching her coming.

Australia NSW - Fire alert!

Australia NSW - Fire alert!

I am surrounded by fires, the sky is dark with smoke, and the air smells of fire.
People have lost their homes, others evacuated.
Last count I heard was 150 homes destroyed.

The fire fighters have worked through Christmas, one lost his home fighting a fire elsewhere. The volunteer fire service has been called in and many have flown in from other states.

The winds have dropped at the moment, but it is a small respite as they are predicted to be back on Friday throughout the weekend.

I am ok at the moment and so is my family, even though the fires are close.

Gosh, Dragonette! I cannot imagine how frightened you must feel. Remembering how the air filled with smoke after our WTC attack, please be careful with your breathing. Use cool cloths and drink plenty of fluids. It took days for us to get the burning out of our eyes, and I am 2 miles away from downtown.
