It must be spring, there are lambs everywhere (I can hear one next door, the kids must have a pet) and the daffodils are starting to bloom too. Can't wait for summer, I'm sick of the cold especially when I have to leave here at 8am for work

Spring already, you are lucky... we still have some winter left this side of the channell.

Oh no doubt it will get cold again, we had snow in the third week of September about 5 years ago! I was still married then and we were in the middle of docking the lambs on the farm, and there was snow on the hills all around. There was no electricity for about 12 hours and we had the woodburner going full blast and candles and gas cooker for hot coffee.

I lived out there for 23 years and I still have candles and heaps of food in the cupboards and the freezer because the nearest supermarket was 40 mins drive away. Now I live within walking distance of a superette and the petrol station is 300 metres away. Still hard to break the habits of half a lifetime

i'm just happy to be getting away from here for a little while - no kids, no s/o (altho i am gonna miss him), and seeing my friends and family while there.

From my limited experance, I would say yes.

The guy I was with a few months ago had about 8". I have around 7". My 2 brothers are between 7" and 8.5". (I hate wheeling in on them when they got girl company).

But then I have heard sme guys say they got 5" to 6", so I don't know.

i've flown thro sydney a couple of times, but never really stopped in.

hopefully, i won't feel too lost! i'm gonna rely on the cabbies to get me safely to where i need to be!

and still liking the 'hotel' idea - caravan parks just don't have enough luxury to satisfy my carnal desires....
