So - it looks like I'm off to Brisbane tomorrow for the weekend. Coming back Monday.
Maybe.
Depends if the chocolates made the freight pickup today as they need to be there for Fathers Day. If not, then I go pick them up and fly them up in person.

My SIL was in tears today on the phone.... I have to do this for her :eek:

These are choccies like none you've had before! Including the world's rarest chocolate - Fortunato.
Yesterday I spent the morning negotiating exclusive distributer rights for QLD, and put an order in.
Now I just need to get them up there in time for Dad's day!

It is a fair way away.... Tassie to Brisbane!

C'mon Dommie... Brisbane is closer to me than to WQ. You really need to venture out of the west and over to this side.

What they prefer is applicants who won't cry mummy the minute they have to make their own bed and do stuff for them selves lol

But from what I can make of your young fellah he'll do alright, just get him to keep his fitness up and his ears back and listening ... and he'll breeze through it

Ha! He's the only nearly-17 year old I know who does his own ironing and polishes his shoes!
Checked the ADF site and he'll ace the fitness test.
He also doesn't answer back..... a trait I find intensely irritating in most of todays youth!

Then there's the pegs....there's black ones, pink ones, green ones, wooden ones, plastic ones, metal ones, purple ones....oh, and there's awfully tiny red ones which are perfect for the final frill around the single eye of a penisaurus...

I have orange.... and shiny....I have all sorts.

I tend to be the one doing the pegging...and I'm always on the lookout for a bright young thing that is willing to volunteer to be a crash test dummy. :devil: :catroar:

Urk! How awful is this.... I have a 4 hour wait at Melbourne tomorrow between flights.
