Wonder what I'll get for being a battered and bruised bush elf? Got pounded by falling boxes yesterday and I'm a very colourful girlie today. Interesting shades of blue. In a couple of days I'm going to look like an erratic topographical map - all yellows and greens. Yech. I loooove hugs, but atm not so much. I'll try to avoid the hugfest as everyone arrives! Usually I lead the charge!!!

I went for my 'mobility assessment' today.
Had a doc manipulating my arm in all different directions, to find out how restricted I am.
I've lost about 30% of movement, and over half my hand strength.
But that's not enough for me to be fast-tracked for surgery, so I have to wait till early next year.
Oh, and they want to stop me driving... NOT going to happen! I told them if they take my lisence away, I will send them all the fines I get from being caught driving unlisenced!

Hello everyone, just thought i would check in. My right arm is still very sore and can't use it for much at all, the pain has eased off somewhat but is still there. My Doctor thinks i've broken a few ribs and my shoulder as well as my collarbone.Thou I did'nt have my ribs Xrayed, thou you don't need to Xray ribs to find out if they are broken or not it just takes a Doctor to feel them

I am in the middle of starting a law suit against the taxi but it will take time for it to go anyware

Slow is the way of these libility claims & don't jump at the first out of court settlement you get offered as that offer is just testing the water, your legal advisers will let you know which off they think you might like to take, it also means money to them with the higher settlements too, been there done that.

Looks like I have to come up and do some risk assessments and hazard inspections to prevent you lovely people from getting injured, too many visits to hospitals and dentists.

Naaah, all I have to do is grow 6 inches aand all will be solved! Unfortunately, horse manure and rain have failed to make me grow, so maybe elevator shoes are the next thing to try?????
