I hope the year has been good to you thus far.
ICR I know you're one hot chic...OK one very warm chic, then again most of us are feeling rather warm at the moment.
Thankfully it will be cooling down in Melbourne town tomorrow. Sun is nice but there is a time and a place for everything. Good days for BBQ's not good days for painting or doing reno jobs. On the upside the cricket is getting better now that we lost the series and the washing dried really quickly.

summer hasn't actually arrived here yet, so i can't relate to the moans about the weather.
the most we've reached so far is 21 deg... and i still wear a lite jacket in the morning and evening!

Shopping list:
Big screen TV
TV cabinet - not called that anymore now they are fucking enterainment centres the size of a small bed and cost as much
Long extension cord - cause you chopped the other one in half when working in the garden
Paint - being environmentally friendly costs time and means you need more paint to undercoat all the old enamel paint, therefore you paint everything twice
Aeroplane ticket - they ask you to pay for their carbon footprint telling you that it is actually yours, I guess based on that logic everyone that rides in my car owes me some money
Door hinges 2 off - to replace the two that had to be ripped out when trying to simply fix a loose door when the screw heads just snapped off.
Wood putty - nope throw that one out, get spak filla instead

My baby girl will be 32 this year & mum of my 2 grand kids.
NEVER trust a weather reporter they are like second hand car salesmen .....full of shit !!!!
