bit of run up the coast to pick up the daughter tomorrow... and Sunday I have plans to spend the day trying out some hot sauces a mate has had flown in from the USA,,,,, this will all be washed down with alcohol

Well I happen to know that two dirty stop outs (don't tell anyone but its LB and Picacho) are having a few bevvies together and NO WE WEREN'T INVITED!!!!!

Its doing rather well actually - less sore now than it was before the op even though I am now sporting a very in-your-face 19cm long incision - but no - I doubt I'll dance on the table tonight - might try a few other things though
