I'm not feeling really sexy....... I've just seen a doc who reckons I need to lose 20kg. That's a whole lot of weight!

Then he gave me his bill and expected me to pay it. As if I'm likely too after that!

Well, from what I've seen.... I'd have to disagree with him..... He's insane!

According to the body mass index thingy my daughter is overweight. Yet she works bloody hard on the farm, rides a bike and is very active. She is stocky and muscular - and muscle weighs more than fat. So I have told her to throw the BMI book out the window

Well I can tell you your biggest mistake......letting the doc weigh you....

from what I have seen of you - you are gorgeous.....(will comfirm in 3weeks and 6 days...lol)......you don't need to change a thing...



I 'apparently' need to lose 17 kilos.....(yeah if I want to end up skeletal)....I am trying drop around 8 kilos for my healths sake.....but all that losing 17 kilos will do is give me saggy droopy horrible really old lady boobs...and a face full of wrinkles.....And frankly I don't think I look too bad....I prefer to think of myself as buxom and voluptuous...

Lose what you want to feel healthy...and stuff the rest......
