Get the generic patches not the name brands. Gil used one called QuitX they cost $20 for a week's worth from the discount chemist. Even from the regular chemist they were about $25 a pack

Well, Ladies & Gentlemen... I'm back!
I now have a plate & several screws holding the top of my armbone together, a line of stitches about 8 inches long (point of shoulder to maybe an inch above the elbow), 3 different types of painkiller, and physio appointments from next week! All I need is a bird in a fruit tree & I'm set!
I'm assuming all is well in the Aussie camp (don't have the energy to check 25 pages of posts), so I'll catch you all later!
