well to be honest I had no idea what Tekken was but a quick google search soon sorted that out, I didnt find the crazy wooden man thing though..

the one I built is just a basic ply wood cut out.. the kids are planing on making video and needed a stand in extra

I think the name of the character is something like Mojuken (the j and k might be the other way around; haven't played Tekken in ages).

What kind of video are they making? Something for school?
