I don't mean to be critical.... But being ambidextrous requires you to use both hands with equal skill..... I believe the term you'd be looking for in the case where a broken right arm and a functional left are equal is "Clumsy as fuck"

Also, being left handed doesn't automatically qualify you as being ambidextrous, since you still need to be able to use your right hand equally well.....

Unless you meant to suggest that all left handers are deceptive/hypocritical.....

I can remember obliterating my left hand a few times and having to try and write with my right hand..... not good.

Oh dear Cad . . . caught by the implied ambiguity . . .

Left handed people are generally more creative than righthanders . . . so lefties can become ambidextrous more easily than righties . . . and with that skill comes many advantages . . .

And your term fits equally well when the leftarm is broken and the right arm is untrained in various skills, like writing with a scratch pen . . .
