Why is it that people are always thinking I'm going to be bad? I might behave!

excellent...
yep no more junk
no fried food..
just some advice try keep the carbs to a low..
and when you do have carbs make them complex carbs, low gi ..
which will keep you fuller for longer..
exercise bout 4 times to 5 times a week if you can would be great.(cardio)

what i can advice you on is..
keep the carbs to a low and fats ofcourse...

carbs:bread/rice/pasta/potatoes/oats and ofcourse there is alot more...

keep the butter to a none normal oil to a none, try to grill most of your meat and chicken...

for flavour for chicken try some fat free mayonaise its not too bad it helps..

if you do need some oil in your salads, some olive oil isnt too bad at all...

proteins: breast chicken/protein shakes/tuna/ red meat but ofcourse clean red meat none of this half kilo of fat on it hehe...

keep your meals pretty small bout 4 or so..
which will keep your metobaluism on a move cause its constantly trying breakdown the food, which is an advantage...
