well it's not the best day of my life....but others have had worse......and others have had better by the looks of things....

....I guess being somewhere in the middle of better and worse is bearable

Just gotta look forward to those better times, I'm thinking :D

Evening one and all,

Nice drop of rain today, and more on the way. Good to wake this morning with the sound of rain on the tin roof!

Sorry to hear about nostress's misfortunes, and regards to all who are having a less than great day.

Those on the southern island might be ignored, however, as they are probably too busy to talk!
Hello you..... no rain here, but a bootiful day in Perfect Perth.

You be well and happy?

Ah yes, except that I'm in my office catching up on some work (it's not that drastic, this is the home office!! BAS time again)

Hya, bertrande, I'm sorry your day hasn't been all that great

Thanks hon.....but my day is not as bad a Trev's has been.......I was looking forward to the stress relief too.....

....but most of all I am cranky I live so far away........because I am guessing he sure could use a hug at the moment :(

I'd be offended if you did..........

So, apart from taxation matters, how has your day been?

Quite good actually, the tax is something that must be done, and it's relatively easy this quarter.

The rain has been welcome, the house extension plans (in my head at the moment) are firming up, my cooking skills are improving, and the red wine was delicious.
Now all I need are some typing skills so I can keep up with you ...

Was this to be the pics session for Gil?

You cook, you drink red but you don't live in the West. What's wrong with this equation?

Not good when plans like that go astray, what more can I say

You can say hello to me now.
I've said this once already tonight, but it bears repeating...... smart arse. :D

Very, and cheeky to boot!

Actually I like the west - no, I'm not going to add 'where it is' - and I get across there at least once each year. The winters are great, for an eastern stater, although you locals probably think they are cold!

All the better to snuggle up with someone in . . .
