as much as I would love to there is no hope, I have a 5 day holiday planed with the kids over Easter then hope to do a run to Sydney to catch up with a few people. that lot will clean out the bank balance

LOL! That's Ok, I down the odd beer or six myself... I just prefer Bourbon. Although my favourite drink somehow wound up being a Black Rose... I think that may have had something to do with spending a week drunk by the pool in queensland while on holidays though

Not 100% sure on it but I think it was a strawberry daquiri with a bit of black sambucca and vodka poured down the middle...

I will have to try and track it down, I use to share a house with a friend who mixed drinks for a hobbie, he would take one sip hand it to me and make something else......we had some great partys there, he thought nothing of spending $500 to stock the bar

4 strawberries

Place strawberry liqueur, Cointreau and strawberries into a blender. Blend
and strain into a cocktail glass, then top with an Opal Nera float. Decorate
with a strawberry
