First day back at work after the extended Christmas holiday and I was pleasantly surprised that the work load was pretty light. Makes me wonder where the back log is? Thanfully I only have to work tomorrow and I have Friday off.

Im seriously disliking this heat and living next to the coast makes the humidity go right up thru the roof. Oh well time to drag the fan out of the bedroom and back into this room.

Another fan is number 1 on my after-christmas shopping sales list...

Went to Sydney and made it back in one piece so that is good, only took a wrong turn once.

I would take Melbourne over Sydney but give me Newie any day. Half hour drive to anywhere you want, lots of beaches, the harbour, the vineyards, the lake....What more could you want.

I have only been to Newcastle the once and it was to work so I didn't get to see all the things that would make it a place to visit.....but I liked the drive up from Sydney.....scary road behaviour though .......far too screamingly fast in very poor visibility.......no wonder there are so many crashes through that way.

I'm very well............going to the theatre tonight.......should be fun.....
