Hey Nostress.

Two flats in one day, that would have to bite.

Glad she is fine, bet she is upset she can't use the pool till it heals.

I remember something similar many years ago except it was the knee. Still got to use the pool though, just floated around on an air matress thing. :)

Evening all, how was the fanatical Christmas and Boxing days?

Hi

Christmas day was good, spent it at a mates place just drinking and eating.

Just got home from the parents place tonight where we have the family get together. Was good fun esp with the niece's.

Well she can't complain then as she was told.

That probably sounds a bit harsh though.

on the car, the tyre was about 4 years old but had never been on the road till today when it bulged
I limped into the next town at 20 Ks and Hour till the tyre blew

Sucks the big one when that happens.
Was thinking it was probably due to old age and the tyre going hard but sounds like it could have been something wrong with it from the start.

At least it wasn't the bike or blow out straight away.

Family days seem to be the best.

A mate of mine just split up with his girlfriend, she ran off with a guy she'd known for six weeks.

She's always been a bit on the melodramatic and immature side, but two weeks before Christmas? His family made it huge this year for him, the whole clan got together. All of them, about thirty. Make it big, eh?

Up at mum's place, headin home tomorrow. Can't wait to get back home for relaxation time. Maybe a few drinks on the lead up to New Years.

I dont think they will do much about it but will take it back to the dealer so they can look at it, the wy the tyre has split and the wire is hanging out would lead you to think its been a fault in the steel brading

Hey Noss!

hi Darlantan, xmas was great but boxing day had its hicups

So it seems. But be at peace, my son, for all shall endeavour to become it's best outcome.

After all, why not eat carrots, have you ever seen a rabbit with glasses, or contacts?

I rest my case. Hope the next one's better for ya, buddy.

They will probably say that it was caused by hitting a pothole or something and get out of it.

Still it got you to the next town so that was something at least.
