I had a good day thanks, did some chores around the house, washed the car and visited my step-dad, who is in hospital.

He's doing quite well thanks, although it's always a bit of a worry... he's age 90 and has had surgery for a broken elbow. On top of that he's a hemophiliac. He's my hero though, I want to be just like him when I'm his age. I love him dearly.
