Nope, no special method - I just stood in my bathroom with a cheap digital camera held at arms length and took the pic

I take all my own av's - usually as much as I can get into the frame depending on the angle that I hold the camera........



......but i just bought a new camera with a timer so just maybe able to extend my range of viewing - so to speak.

well congrats anyways - it seemed to take me ages to get to 500 posts, then I wanted to get to 1,000 for a title. And now the posts are just stacking up.

My day was pretty good, of course I still have my lack of sleep, but that's a permanent thing
