I'm doing pretty well, except for my usual lack of sleep, but that's completely my own fault.... How are you feeling today?

I am tired too - I took the kids to my work christmas family fun day - and then to a friends house warming party. Both things were wonderful and it was a lot of fun - but a very busy day.

My friend made me cry a little at her housewarming when she stood up and thanked me in public for all the help I have given her while she was deep in the grips of chronic fatigue syndrome. So that emotional moment has added to the already emotional me. It was wonderful of her to say that and it really threw me actually

I guess i do - made me think about how much I miss a good friend of mine that I have limited contact with at the moment and that just made me cry more.
