Would've been kinda hard to split a farm worth close to a million dollars (on paper) - as it turned out he had to borrow to pay me out and I'm still owed a heap which he's still got 7 more years to pay. I was far too generous and waived my rights under the matrimonial property act which means I get 2/3 of what I would have got if I hadn't. But then he would have had to sell the farm and would not have been able to buy another and my daughter would have hated me forever, so it was worth it so my kids could still have a home base.

Huggles.....she may be making things difficult for you just because she can. My ex did that too, he didn't like it when I started standing up to him and sticking to my guns and he no longer had any control over me. Hang in there!

Yeah well.. we have much the same problem, we have a business..
and she thinks it's worth something..

So .. I may end up having to borrow, or go backrupt to pay her half of something that actually doesn't exist.. but is worth something on virtual paper..

Isin't that nice.. she gets the cash, I get the debts and all the risk.
And she still has most of the assets, since it's her mothers house.. I get nothing.
And 5 people lose their jobs and livelyhoods as well as a whole industry goes down the drain.

I was the one who did all the work, she was the one who ran off!! And then moved in a stranger into her bed the week she kicked me out, so our child had some strange man living there in mummys bed a week later. And was told he was her "Pretend Dad"..

I've been around generally for most of the day, not always very active, but here anyway I went out and did some shopping and the like earlier as well, like I'd planned. Today was just one of those days It's nice that you're here too, did you have a good night?

was not bad i didn't go out as was saying was too lazy just did few things at the house we end up having take away for dinner i didn't even cook today

I stay late very often, I'm really more of a night person. Though sometimes I have to be up in the morning and can't really stay too late, or be completely exhausted.... Well, just let me know if you feel yourself getting sleepy, maybe that means my hypnosis is working
