have you considered relationship counselling?
after all, it takes the efforts of both in a marriage/relationship to make it work satisfactorily for each.
(i realise we're only getting your side of this, but if it's even 2% of the facts, you should seriously push for counselling.)

i would not stand for it - and indeed, i left (what many viewed as a very successful) marriage for much the same reasons.

she just doesn't like her sleep interupted. we have a few issues it's true-with the kids and her business and my job we actually dont spend alot of time together. last weekend we damn near split up-thats how intense our fight was. the make up sex was good-not as intense as the fight tho. i have no idea whats going to happen to us as a couple-time will tell i guess. we have our 17th anniversary on saturday and i have to say i'm very reluctant to leave such a long relationship, even if it's not ideal.
