What a day you guys had , hope all have selpt well and glad to see a lot of things have gotten better. Some of the pain you go through just throws me , that you come back so strong. Really admire you for that and don't know if I could have that same outlook but would hope with your help I would.

I must go and shower... Going to see my ex today, spending the whole day with her on different activities. This could be a strain, more on her than me. I hope it works out well... for the kids

I had a great day yesterday with my daughter, she stayed Friday night and yesterday with me, first time since early January. It was great.
