I was ok a while ago. Had a hard time doing my shower thing. I had to use my left arm to help me sit up and transfer from chair to chair, my right arm is just to sore to use.
I am a little depressed though, but I am ok, just lonely...

Have you had a Cortisone injection in your shoulder or arm lately Orlanth... cos they can cause a lot of pain once the anisethic wears off.

Ladybird things are good just waiting for hubby to get home from work but thinking if its not soon I'm going to crawl into bed. I hope things improve for you after speaking with your doctor, I grew up with a father that has bi polar so I can understand a little of what your going through. Sending good thoughts and big hugs your way.

Ladybird he is a sparky but works on industrial sites, at a mine at the moment sometimes they do shutdowns turning of all power to the site so they can do maintainence and new jobs.
At least this mine is close by only about half hours drive most are about 2 hours away.

Ahhhh I see cherrylips...
.. my hubby is a sparky, although he's been out of the trade for quite a while. But what really used to annoy me was if anyone in the family asked him to put in a power point etc... he'd do it immediately.
Mine were never done... he didn't have the time he said. That was cos he was too busy doing work for everyone else!
Geez it used to make me cranky!! LOL
