actually I'm ok..just had a little vent.....had some heavy choices to try and make the last few days....and it's getting to me bad....the type of ones the more you think the worse it gets...I have no solution...and no easy way out....BUT....my lot ...I will figure something out

Yeah I know it will take time for things to get better for me.

My arm gets worse with every sec. I got a needle yesterday, it didn't hurt at all, but now my arm is in a heck of a lot of pain.

my day has been good. I have spent many a day alone in my own thoughts even with a partner where ive often considered suicide.

i havent done it because suicide isn't the way to end a life especially when i know what certain ppl have put into this country to make it what it is today.

I have in thought myself the last 2 days towards a good friend in America who is on a road trip they return to their home safely.
