well I'm back at work Henry and the 4.30 wake up call this morning was damn rude..so guess that answers how I am....LOL

well im not feeling too good since i woke my partner last nite and then she didnt get much sleep afterwards.

im not feeling crash hot at all - I got leg cramps and woke up screaming.

Azure i feel bad for what ive done to fiancee.

the pain in my knee was worse until last October when i had it operated on.

oh I do understand Henry...before I had my knee reconstruction surgery I remember one night almost going out of my brain in agony...to the point I seriously could of cut my own leg off feeling the pain would be less ...and the person I was dating at the time didn't know what to do to help me..he was up all night with me on many ocassions

In October last year i had a large cyst removed from my left knee , it wasnt confined to the outside it was spread all through my knee. They are supposed to have removed it all and i have to believe that i guess.

it was painful but the stuff inside didnt look too good.

all i can say is that it put my fiancee off a certain type of food for ages.
