Ummm, 'fraid not Trev... I'd have my own object of affection to run off with...

But to change to bikes and related stuff... I just about froze myself this weekend during a Midnight-to-Dawn rally (some people do the silliest things and call them 'fun') - not even the thermal undies helped

I have never done a midnight to dawn run, it would be interesting.

keep in mind I am a couple of thousand Ks closer to the south pole then you are, I have had ice form on the front of my jacket because of the cold on an early morning ride

it is a very impressive ride, has the speed and fine handling of a sports bike but can handle the longer runs like a tourer, has a complete set of optional extra if I feel like dressing it up a little and of course its nice to be seen out with it, sure makes the guys heads turn.......and she cooks

You wuss my old Kawasaki had no fairings & I did the fire & ice rally many years ago with only long johns for protection.
