Not only am I speechless, like Bertrande and some of the others, but alarmed at the number of councils that are now under suspicion of similar 'deals' and or corruption. It is bad enough trying to accept some of their petty power decisions without the growing festering carbuncle of corruption oozing puss on to the community is supposedly serves.

hope everyone has had a good day.
mine was better than the last week - methinks my mouth may finally be playing the cooperation game in that it now only takes 6 painkillers a day to keep pain-free (as opposed to 10 of the BIG ones i was on all last week!)
i still can't open my mouth fully (so BJ's are out of the question for a while still!), but i am finally able to eat soft-solid food

my kidleys are all back to school tomorrow, so i am looking forward to a day off - maybe wednesday - to sit back, relax and catch up on some well-earned rest!

then next monday, i'm back at the maxillo-facial surgeons office for a checkup and to have a couple of pins and 15 stitches taken out. YAY! not....

you sure are in for a bad week Maxillo-facial surgeon on Monday and my kids on Tuesday, that is if your up to it. I have explained to Jay that you may not be working and she is fine with that, sees it as the perfect excuse to go back to Tassie later in the year for a longer holiday

we have now had two councils sacked down here in Vic this year for in fighting and dodgy deals
