Tossed salad For AzureSky

Hi AzureSky..I have about 30 seconds 'online' today to check my emails and have a quick squiz around


3 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Long English cucumber,
-chopped
1 md Onion, thinly sliced
1 lg Pepper, thinly sliced (Red,
-yellow or orange)
1 c Greek olives, or black
-olives
1/2 c Feta cheese, crumbled
DRESSING
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
3/4 c olive oil
1 ts Basil
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Ground pepper

 What about the partridge in a pear tree? I've LOOONGED to use one! ;)

Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, peppers, olives and feta cheese in salad bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and add to salad. Toss and serve.

One of my favs...think you can manage that?

Everything EXCEPT the pepper is OK by me! And yup, one tossed salad on the way. The feta will set the taste of the rest 'off' nicely, BTW...yum.

Hey, what about caramelised vegies? Y'go for them, oh Azure One?
