feeling a little down still after the wake, but handling it i suppose (having said that - i have yet to cry )

i've 'deconstructed' my hair... a change is as good as a holiday, right?!... and am busy putting together the proposal for the studio.
no time like the 'now' to sieze the day and move forward!

anyway, i'm back, and i'll try and post a little more regularly on the page.

i'm not sure, but i think the addition of too much pain, in all it's forms, has a very negative effect on a person's psyche...
i want to cry for the loss of these special people, but my brain just will not let me [read: if i start, i may not be able to stop]

it feels a little wierd - and i'm more than a little afraid that i'll lose complete control, so i just don't allow myself to let go.
i'm coiled tighter than a spring right now.... someday soon i'm betting i'll fall apart totally if i'm not careful.

call me 'stress-head'...
