hehe

we have a wee double post club tripping around somewhere....

Hope everyone is having a great Chrissy/New Year break, or having a slow week at work. :)
AW already knows about the double post club :p

My chrissy went good and my new year is shaping up to be quiet

Here is wishing that the New Year brings each and every one as much happiness, health and love that your hearts can hold.

Celebrate with joy tonight, but be safe and stay well A/all.

Sending warmest and the most lascivious of thoughts.

Much love and huggs to those who desire them. :rose:

:kiss:MsMoon:kiss:

Wishing everyone a happy new year....make it everything you want.

... and ensure you get everything you deserve!

:caning:

Happy New Year!!!!

Wishing everyone Love, Health and Happiness for 2012. :rose::rose::rose:

Adding BANDIT's:heart: & my wishes to Friskie's.

As we enter the unknown of 2012 I have a thought I want to share ......

There are NO GODS,
NO DEVILS,
NO ANGELS,

Nor Heaven or Hell

Religion is but Myth & superstition that hardens hearts
and enslaves minds

There is only our natural world!

Happy New Year to all my Aussie friends! :rose:

Welcome Cinner & a happy New Year to you too.

Reading your profile it seems as though 2012 could be a big year of exploration & discovery for you & hope you succeed.

Many in life go through difficult times but my thought is that only increases the awareness of the finer things in life when they come along.

Off to a good start so far, beautiful weather and lovely company. Let's hope the year continues like this. :D

Hi Kisses! Great to hear that 2012 is ringing in well. :rose:

I'm listening to my resident maggie warble happily atm. He seems to like the way things are right now, too! :D:D

I'm still on the mend from being unwell for the past few weeks & hope later today to start to get things done.

They tell me today was loverly but i was hooked up to the machine all day so missed out on being able to experience it but as I said I hope today will be better.

BANDIT:heart: is getting excited about going to NZ to see he first grandchild, Daughter has been getting varied stories on so many things like the baby's weight & breast feeding with conflict between the midwife (childless) & the breat feeding nurse so BANDIT:heart: had a long phone call from her to settle her mind on things.

BANDIT:heart: is also stressing about me while she is away.:(

Since the drought we have a crow invasion, we hardly ever see any of the local bird population that existed years ago, seems that the crows have destroyed nests, killed the young. :(

sounds like the USA after Oblamer was elected.

Morning :)

I am all but recovered after my alcohol-soaked and smut-filled long weekend
I did say I wanted to start the year with a bang!

Went on a road trip yesterday - opened the map, picked a place we haven't been to, loaded up the esky and headed out.
About halfway thro the day, on dirt roads, I discovered that the one bra I own really doesn't give me the support I need when jolting along!
So today I will be bra-shopping

The heatwave that's travelling across Oz has finally reached us... temps in the 30's for the next couple of days.
Maybe a swim is in order!

Holy crap!
Hot as hell today - we hit 36*C!
In Tassie, that is almost unheard of.
Apparently, we are supposed to get some rain today, but apart from somewhere around 2000000% humidity, I can't see any rain clouds.

I am sitting under the fan with almost nothing on.
I left WA to get away from the ungodly heat

Same here - lasted all of about 15 minutes
Now I can see blue sky.

No blue sky here yet.... but the humidity factor is rising.....:(

and the MATH is coming down with a nasty dose of something...sore throat, sneezing, blocked sinus.....someone's in for a tough time!

I had a cold for xmas and just into the new year, but I am finally getting over it.
Sympathies to the sufferer :(

We finally have a breeze, so hopefully the humidity stays away!

Hi Gil. Sorry to see that you've been so unwell. :( I hope your recovery is swift and complete. :rose:

I can understand Bandit's conflict. A first new grandchild is so exciting and her daughter needs her support. Competing 'professionals' and the jealousy they can display are true pains in the arse!!! They can cause so much unnecessary hurt. Your health is important too. I remember all the times you have said how much care Bandit takes of you. :)

Will someone come to help you while Bandit is away?

When I was a kid my mother and i watched the crows after a storm. It was one of those spring ones that Brisbane gets. They waited until the parent birds left the nest after sitting through the whole thing, and systematically took the chicks from every nest! It was heartbreaking. In the bush if they destroy their food source they die off. In the city they raid garbage and their numbers stay high so the other wee beasties don't recover. :( (I don't like crows much. They're like feathered foxes.)
