I'm growng webbed feet in Sydney, it hasn't stopped drizzling since Monday evening. Someone told me it was summer, but I don't believe them

commented the other day about when she arrived in Aussie 8 years ago everything was dry & brown, it also took several years becofe she saw the parks & gardens green because of the drought, now it's bloody rain every damn day.As for my thoughts on the wet weather is I'm pissed off as sunday I was getting to do some laps at Nepean Speedway but the weather has caused tthe race day to be cancelled so I can put the race gear away untill I get another offer likely in the new year.

daughter is due to give birth today but BANDIT says no way she will not have it today as she was late so her first bubs will likely take after her & for those curious it will be a boy.Pigl3t, do you know the sex of your bubs? boy or girl or secret till you have it?

That's Aus for you - land of extremes! lol The farmer types here are very happy witht the rain. It means the difference between surviving summer without buying water and feed or not. Trouble is that it can only take one day of the scorching westerlies we can get here and by the end of the day everything's scorched!! I watched my paddocks go from green in the morning to sere brown the same afternoon.
I'm so sorry you're gonna miss your day behind the wheel, Gil!
I know you were looking forward to it. Is it cancelled or postponed? If it makes any difference, I can make a mean cardboard car out of a box.... and you could still put on your gear.... and bandit could put on something nice and have a checkered flag.... just a thought...

I would have thought that wet weather would be a good thing for a masseuse, driving more people inside and onto your table????

Oh well I'm sure I'll enjoy my next chance to have a go in some sort of Speedway machine & a few chances look like comming up in the new year.
