Did anyone see the movie last night on SBS "The Magdalene Sisters"? I thought it was brilliant, and to read that the last of those places closed only 10 years ago, was quite a shock.......oh the humanity of the Catholic Church

I missed it but had heard it was a good movie,,, real eye opener is what I was told, will try to catch it next time

I don't mind a little SBS. I used to love the British cult comedies they'd show on a Monday. The Dave Chappelle show, too. Plus they show GITS: SAC and some other anime stuff.

I caught a bit of the other show that's replaced GITS two weeks ago, I think. It didn't look too bad.

The black white supremacist skit was hilarious.

I caught a bit of the other show that's replaced GITS two weeks ago, I think. It didn't look too bad.

That skit and the "Reparations checks" skit and the dividing which celebs get what sort of race when the blacks tried to claim eminem. ROFLMAO

All good skits. I also liked the slow-mo skit, even though it's not one of his best.

I've got a DVD of his somewhere in my DVD stacker, an hour or so's worth of stand up comedy. Great stuff.
