now this is scary.....I am going to follow Cad and head off to bed ....... catch you all tomorrow

Mario Milano had a business local to where I lived as a kid .. he and my dad were mates, was a very nice bloke..... and when the "Olds" were in business in their later years, he was a client. There was also Big Chief Little Wolf.....

I have been to the taping of some of the shows when they had the matches at Festival Hall in West Melbourne ..... :nana:

Hiya sweet.... this is not good. Are you in much pain?

Much less pain than I thought I would be in - although there were a few choice words & screams thrown about on Sunday! It's currently at the 'annoyance' stage - you know it's there, but it's not chewing at the nerves!

Just hope I feel the same way after surgery... losing all sorts of virginities lately (1st broken bone, 1st major surgery... what's next? Don't answer that!)

Losing use of an arm is a bitch, regardless of the pain isn't it. Especially when you live alone and there's no one there to help you with simple things, like dressing, and bathing.

I dislocated my shoulder about 18months ago, and there was a lot of tendon damage. It hurt like heck and made life bloody difficult for a long time. You have my sympathy and understanding my friend. I hope the surgery does the trick and recovery is brief.

Must have been the generation for it hey. I clearly remember nan and pop in the loungeroom, a glass of beer at their side as they watched.

My nan was a horror... she'd jump up and call the wrestlers all sorts of names. She took it quite seriously.

Nice memories.
