well i don't think will help i don't move the bed but i never sleep in one place so if this don't help don't think moving the bed will do
sometimes i sleep where the tv ...sometimes here at the chair ..

As for smokes.....I tell you you on Friday which will be the next drinking day. I have to leave the property on Wednesday to go to work but that is safe.
