Keep at it!.
- Eat a good solid breakfast that is Low GI
- Drink lots of water
- Have a good lunch with a good balance of whole grain bread and lots of salad and low fat meat
- Cook balanced dinners with lots of veggies
- DONT deny yourself your nibblies! Reward yourself when appropriate, but use portion control. (This is hard, but if you only have enough for one portion in the house, you can't screw this up..)
- Excercise in the morning to raise your metabolic rate
It's working for me.
