TC, just below where you type your message, there is a section for "options" and one for "attach file".

Simply press browse and find your piccie, then hit "submit reply".

theoretically it should work.

now inserting pictures from the net... got only knows since i keep screwing that up as well

BUT

They must be smaller than 800 x 600
