my daughter will be home soon so I just turned the AVs off
take good care of them till I get them back on.

speaking of settings I changed my Email address a few weeks ago and now no matter what I do Its getting bombed with Lit notifcations for every post...any ideas how to stop it ??

go to user control panel (lit) and change the subscribed thread notification to no notification

Nostress, my bestfriend is a compy-tech and he is setting up a wireless ADSL with each connection atn1.5mbps. With a range of 6km radius, so I can be any where in town, and still be online.

Under the old system where you couldn't turn the emails off I set up the notifications to go to my hotmail and set the junk filter to delete any email with "reply to" in the subject.......worked like a charm and still let through pm notifications.

Now if you go into the quicklinks menu you can view all subscriptions in a list and it should tell you what notification you've got set up...... it will probably say instant but if you tick every thread and use the option at the bottom that says no email notification it will turn them off for all at once..........

Looks like your only option is to just alter how they're received on your end, ie automatically junk them with a filter or a message rule.
