Seems we are taking it in turns pushing along this thread and Gil is posting, yay Gil good to see you around.

Spent the day in one continuous mind numbing meeting, asking why. Then the guy running it decides to not come back till the boss hunted him down. Now when you call a meeting it would be appropriate that you show up...glad my time with these guys is nearly over. It seems leaving is harder than joining.

Another week before I take two weeks off, however discovered that its right in the middle of the school holidays...timing could of been better, but had other things governing that time off.

Afternoon all,

Went to another farewell at work on Friday. The bar was crap compared to what I remembered, but we suffered through it. Was driving so couldn't indulge in the red wine, and I don't call having one glass..drinking. The place ran out of light beer, then cider and didn't stock real coke, something made by some hippies to simulate coke. The farewell itself was a good escape from the office and it was a nice sunny afternoon for a drink outside. Someone asked who was going to be the next to leave...I just smiled.
