(in case you were wondering on the appropriate response)!
I'm just new to the forum (long-time reader of stories though) and I noticed there seems to be a major assumption or acceptance that most people are American, going by the headings of some of the threads.
Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I also couldn't see an obviously Australian thread. So I thought I'd create one.
I'm a nearly 42yo SWF (haha that makes me think of the movie and I only recent watched it). I'm in Queensland, Australia.
Where are my fellow Aussies?
Is that 'adult' bookstores? If so which is the best in Brisbane?Hey lit!
Brisbane here. Male, mid-30s, longtime lit player (this is a new account).
I'm always looking for people to chat with, and I find there's a particularly Australian sense of humour and irreverence that even when I meet tonnes of nice Americans and others here, I can't really go past.
Like many people, I'm fairly open on here (with the usual caveats!). I really find that lit is somewhere you come for the sex, but stay for the conversations. I've had so many wonderful chats with people here, and there's an intimacy that comes with being able to 'bare all' when it comes to sexuality and kink that's refreshing, fun and endearing.
I'm a nudist, when I can be (which is often in Queensland), so I enjoy getting out into the sunshine. I also hike (yes, in clothes, I'm not insane, everything in Australia can kill you), and believe it or not, frequent the local bookstores all the time.
I'm always up for a message!

I have family in Brisbane so I will be making the occasional trips up to visit them. Was easier before covid...as nice Adelaide is, it's a shame you didn't make it to Brisbane. Hope Adelaide treats you well
