(in case you were wondering on the appropriate response)!

I'm just new to the forum (long-time reader of stories though) and I noticed there seems to be a major assumption or acceptance that most people are American, going by the headings of some of the threads.

Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I also couldn't see an obviously Australian thread. So I thought I'd create one.

I'm a nearly 42yo SWF (haha that makes me think of the movie and I only recent watched it). I'm in Queensland, Australia.

Where are my fellow Aussies?

Well I really want to go to Australia

Not an Aussie, but want to visit. My father stopped there in the 40s before his all expense tour of Japanese occupied islands. He assured me Australian women were the most beautiful in the world. Well given his perspective at the time . . .

Welcome to lit…. I am in the hunter valley nsw myself…. There are other Aussie forums here just hard to find them sometimes… best of luck here

Not many of us...

I occasionally read a story that is clearly by an Aussie. It makes me giggle cause sometimes they try to Americanise it.

Not to worry...it's good to know there's more of us out there!

Not an Aussie, but always wanted to see Australia. I'm Canadian, eh!

Have you seen this thread: http://forum.literotica.com/showthread.php?t=956746

G'day everyone.
Country Victoria here tho Melbourne originally. I don't Americanise my stories, but I am aware most here on Lit are US and so avoid phrases or words which are a bit too 'Brit' to be easily understood.
Looking forward to getting out of this covid mess next year and travelling. Actually lockdown allowed me the time to explore writing and this site so......blame the virus!!!
Cheers.

Nice to see you all!

How's CoVid treating you all down south? I must say I certainly do not envy you for the lockdowns!
Where are you hoping to travel to over Christmas? I must admit I'm scared to venture far from home (especially interstate), since the rules change so quickly sometimes!

From down south, not as south as Tassie! I hope everyone is good all over our vast, beautiful country

Ahh yes us dreaded Mexicans are having so much fun NOT, well that depends on where in VIC you are situated I guess.
Xmas is still soooooo far away, I'm pretending that it is not happening at the moment. I don't really want to venture out either truth be told.

Am glad lockdowns are over... although we didnt have it as bad as victorians.... now just waiting for all the other covid controls to go away so things can be more normal... and we can start travelling properly again

Morning everyone!
It looks like no matter where in Oz you may be, the omicron strain presents us with a new threat, especially now we are allowing international travel. I hope lessons have been learnt from past quarantine failures (are you listening Dan?) and we can enjoy a much more normal 2022. I hope to venture back to Europe next year, but to be honest, I think I'm always going to be looking over my shoulder for the shadow of covid. Bloody Chinese!!!! (Only partly joking).
I'm happy and surprised Oz is at 90% plus vaccinated.....WELL DONE!! Give ourselves a pat on the back.
Enjoy the stories here on Lit and escape the madness of the 'real' world!!!

62M, arty farty......mostly farty.
