Audio Quality Issue

I've submitted some audios with really high quality files and they've been downgraded to a garbled mess. Is there something I can do to get these files replaced with even slightly higher bitrate files? I submitted a 320 kbps (sure maybe overkill) file and what posted was 40kbps. I put a lot of work into the audio, but it doesn't show at all. My whole thing is immersive HD audio but the HD has been removed from the equation.
