I've had lots of knee problems and never tried the "rice" thing. Shows how alternative I am with treatment eh? Knees suck, you just have to deal with it and hope it goes away or break down and see the doc. I went to the doc, had surgery, and it's still fucked up so there's something to look forward to. What you did to your knee sounds like what I did to my foot back in November, and it's still bothering me. All I know is, it's not broken. Don't do what I did and wait over six months to see a doctor about it.

And just so you know, I might bite if I go to kiss your ass
