Attn. Laurel!!! Unable To Use New Sign-in Page

I don't know if the problem is on my end or not, but I haven't been able to login to the site for over a week. Every time that I enter my user name and password I just get bouced to the same page. This happens with MIE and Netscape.
Has anyone else had this problem since you added a new server? Is it just me? If anyone has the same problem please let me know if you find out a fix.
