You stole my story

My name is Mangala and I was rather surprised to find a story I had written posted integrally by a person with the id SplendidSpunk, who I know as Kevin.

Last year I exchanged some emails with him and showed him a story I had written for private use about my experiences, hence my surprise to find this here on Literotica without my knowledge or permission.

While he changed the name from the main character from Mangala to Ashira, he forgot to edit the story and the name Mangala is still in one alinea in the text.

I have addressed this issue wtih the offender and have requested him to delete my story since I have never given him permission to publish this story. However, I have only received insults, therefore my only alternative is to inform the members that SPLENDIDSPUNK has violated my copy rights and is a cheat.

Yeah, Mangala, we got the part where you claim you were ripped off. Welcome to the world of the Internet, where, at some point, you entered your story (assuming it's yours). Take what evidence you have and PM Laurel, the site administrator. If you don't have enough evidence to convincingly establish your claim, you've learned a lesson about sharing electronic files.

Anyway, it's one story of a renewable resource. Your time would probably more satisfactorily be spent in writing the next one. Certainly better spent than slapping this message all over kingdom come.
