Quite frankly, I don't get the fuss about people who post because they want attention.
That has got to be the stupidest thing to bitch about because the only purpose ANYONE posts is to get attention. Unless you're Never, who makes threads that say DON'T READ THIS THREAD!!!

The reason I post is because I have thoughts and YOU CAN'T SHUT ME UP MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHsnortHAHAHAHAHAHAAHMUAHAHAHAHAHAA I'm am evil that way. I like it when people pay attention to my posts and reply to them. My feelings get a little bruised when no one does. After all I went through all the trouble of having a thought and then all the additional trouble of typing it out and then editing it so it could be understood. And then I actually post the thing. I mean really, that deserves SOME attention? Don't you think? I can see the troll side of the issue, starting a trillion threads and posting one word replies in quadriplicate on each thread on the board gets really really old. Don't worry tho, the enthusiasm wears off, and we quit doing that. I did!
And glory hounding? The gee I'm great threads? We know that you are great and lovely and wonderful and sexy and super and adorable and cute and precious and a hottie and gorgeous and witty and beautiful and clever and... Next? Wait, I started that one... Nevermind.
I'm great. (a legend in my own mind) Blah.
Troll stalking is a fun game. I enjoy doing it. I don't seem to have my own personal trolls like Nekkie and Shila and Bobtoad and Latina and DCL and Womanlover. So I hope you don't mind if I join Expertise in stalking yours.
In short, you don't have to tell us how great you are, we'll figure that out. You don't have to worry about posting a reply to every response in every thread. Save it up, the thread isn't going anywhere, and post one reply to lots of people. Of course, there are threads where its more of a party chatroom atmosphere than a bulletin board.
If you have problems with trolls on your threads, just call Expertise and MuffKill, we don't have our own trolls so we have to steal yours. Or refer to Weird Harold's Coventry thread. The man is a genius.
